PROFESSIONALISM IS IMPORTANT!

AGENT ACCREDITATION/CERTIFICATION

Our advisors are UK Certified Counsellors

Check if your agent is UK certified here: https://www.britishcouncil.org/education/agents-counsellors/database

It is now mandatory by the UK government that universities in the United Kingdom only engage counsellors and agents that have undergone the UK Agent and Counsellor training. This program is designed to uphold integrity in the UK's international student recruitment process by giving agents relevant training and skills on how to counsel and advise international students. Ethical behaviour is put first above all else.

ICEF Certification -Australia

We currently have Mr. Bakang Dichabeng as an ICEF Certified Australia Specialist. He has undergone ICEF Academy training and certification to ensure he offers the most up-to-date advisory on studying in Australia.

Ethical Behaviour

Our agents sign and agent code of conduct and swear to ethical behaviour throughout their service. Above certifications reinforce this behaviour during the trainings and BKBWStudy hold all agents accountable under these principles.
